1. Shipping Policy
We deliver beauty and wellness products across major locations in India.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
- Shipping Charges: Displayed at checkout. Free-shipping promotions will be mentioned where applicable.
- Tracking: A tracking link is shared by email/SMS upon dispatch.
- Delays or Lost Orders: While we assist in coordinating with courier partners, delays caused by third-party logistics or unforeseen circumstances are not our liability.
- Damaged Parcels: If the package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos for verification.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product
- Expired product delivered
Non-returnable items:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Clearance/sale items
- Beauty services, AI reports, or digital services
Return Window: Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return: Email info@madamg.ai with your order ID and photos. Once approved, a pickup will be arranged where possible, or customers may be asked to ship the item back.
Return Shipping Fees: If the issue is from our side, we bear the shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping charges apply.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- Orders cancelled before dispatch
- Approved returned products that pass quality inspection
- Duplicate or failed payment transactions
Refund Timelines:
- Prepaid Orders: 5–10 business days
- UPI/Bank Refund: 3–7 business days
- Wallet Refund: Within 48 hours
Non-Refundable:
- Used/opened items
- Digital/AI services
- Booked beauty appointments
- Gift cards and promotional credits
Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in incomplete or damaged condition, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
